We were happy to find this restaurant closer to our hotel than going all the way into town. The food was very good and there was a variety for my whole family. The waitress suggested a wine for me that I really enjoyed. It was quiet atmosphere and the staff was attentive and the food came out relatively quickly.

Excellent service by Francesco including appropriate wine suggestions.  Our menu choices were full of flavour reflecting the fresh products and beautifully presented. Returned for our final night in Zermatt and enjoyed the most delicious Grouper with a tarragon sauce.

Very confusing on entrance to the hotel (restaurant) when collecting coats and getting directed to our table.  We stood around for a good 10 minutes before we were directed to our table with no explanation on what was going on.  Our waitress, while lovely, really struggled to understand us and was clearly overwhelmed with the number of tables she had to wait on. We had a set, 6 course menu that took nearly 3 hours to get through.  In that time we were not checked for drinks once.  Ambience was very good and the food was delicious however for a 690 Swiss Franc meal, at the end of the night 3 members of our party had to find their own coats in the cloaking rack as the attendants had lost where they had put them. I would rate the service as poor for the above reasons.

What a delicious dinner! It was like a Michelin star restaurant experience. Each course was beautifully presented. We loved it!

The quality of this restaurant is also better, and the traffic is very convenient. The surrounding area or attractions or commercial centers are very good.

This is a great hotel, the hotel tastes relatively high, and the ingredients of the hotel are also very high-end, especially the seafood, the quality is very good.

A good restaurant. The location is relatively biased. It is not on the main street. The lights are very dark at night. The foreigners are too punctual to open the store. They don&rsquo;t light the store for 30 minutes early. I thought it was closed. Knock on the door and the boss came out and said as soon as possible and then locked the door again. . . But then waited for a few minutes, the boss opened the restaurant early. In general, it was good. All aspects were good. The service was very warm. The taste was good. It was recommended that the lobster pasta and the lamb were also good. The price of Switzerland&#39;s standard price was acceptable. Maybe you can&#39;t eat it yet.

Best food we&rsquo;ve had in Zermatt thus far. You can taste the fresh ingredients.

Was an amazing dinner. The service, food and presentation was exceptional. We had the 5 course tasting menu and it did not disappoint. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly.

Still very good, from decoration to food, very comfortable

A very simple soup, let me like this restaurant, as our free travel people, maybe the price is more valued, and the taste of the dishes, but it can not be low, so I recommend it here.
